A little known fact of FDT 5 is that we shipped it with the powerful Eclipse Color Theme plugin! We didn’t develop it our self, but Philipp (our QA lead) came across it and checked it for FDT compatibility. With a few tweaks to our build process, we were able to easily add it. This worked out great for us because many FDT customers were asking for it and we could easily have a solution for everyone.
If you aren’t already familiar with the site ( http://www.eclipsecolorthemes.org/ ) check it out. It’s a great place to download other people’s themes or build your own.

FDT is not responsible for the color of the IDE, it comes from Eclipse. FDT does not deal with color scheme support simply because there are too many of them out there. But we can offer you support, nonetheless:
Please create a ticket on our JIRA (http://bugs.powerflasher.com/jira/browse/FDT) and describe the problem exactly the way described in our bug fixing conventions.

Variables seems not changing color at all! They stay blue always.

I’m restaring FDT, and after 3-5 seconds the color of variables changes to blue. (in FDT preferences all look great)
How to fix it?
